We offer a return, exchange, and refund policy on defective items sent. Our return policy doesn't cover buyer's remorse. You cannot exchange a watch if you want to change it to other models.
Please notify us thru email within 7 days of receipt of item if you wish to return it. To qualify for a return, you must show us a proof that the watch sent was defective, such as photos or a video after unboxing. You may email us the details and we will respond immediately. Only items not worn and in the original condition you received it, with intact packaging will be accepted. Any signs of wear and tear including scratches, fold on leather straps, and evidence of tampering will not be qualified under the return and exchange policy. The customer should notify us if he wants a replacement watch or a refund (subject for approval). Shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
